As always, it turned out differently than I had imagined, but I'm learning my limitations and where I need the most practice. I have to give kuddos to Stacey, however, because this is the moistest spice cake I have ever had. It's so delicious, we had all the scraps for our afternoon snack...not one crumb was thrown away!
